History is the witness of the fact that rebellious people always existed in our society since the beginning of human race. these are the people who has courage to speak, and speak loud enough to make others listen. One might think that speaking loud is not a courageous thing to do, and it is true, but speaking loud against something that has become a norm in society requires a lot of effort and guts.

Agenda is the main thing common in both the above mentioned entity and it is list of problems and issues they have with the existing system and society.
Leaders help themselves and others to do the right things. They set direction, build an inspiring vision, and create something new. Leadership is about mapping out where you need to go to “win” as a team or an organization; and it is dynamic, exciting, and inspiring.
Yet, while leaders set the direction, they must also use management skills to guide their people to the right destination, in a smooth and efficient way.
Fearlessness is not an absence of fear; it is being committed to something bigger than the fear. That something can be another person’s safety, a higher purpose, a calling, or any other intention.
Tolerance is a personality trait. It reflects an attitude of liberalism, an acceptance of the behavior, beliefs and values of other. It is a term that is associated with psychological resilience which arises from the ability to tolerate stress of various forms without negative consequences.
